What is your shipping policy?
Customers in the continental United States are generally charged $7.95 shipping per order. Alaska and Hawaii are extra. We also charge extra for some heavy, large or odd shaped products. Each item that costs more shipping will clearly state how much on it's description page. We only ship to locations within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. At this time we do not ship to other countries or APO addresses.

It usually takes a few days to process your order and get it ready to ship. This can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days. When your package ships we will email you letting you know.

What is our return policy?
You can return most unused and unopened merchandise to us within 15 days of receipt (* see exceptions below). A customer sales slip is required for all returns. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Sale items are all sales final.

* Software is non-refundable. Please be aware of this when purchasing software.

* Certain items will say "not returnable" on their description page. These items are also non-refundable.

* Products ordered before they come out (pre-orders) are non-refundable.

You must contact us for a MRA number before returning any items. Returns will not be accepted without a MRA number written on the shipping label of your return.
