“I received this cartridge un-opened. When I went to use this on Saturday to begin making my Christmas Cards, the cartridge does not match the keypad or the images in the cartridge book. It says it is Christmas Cheer and the label on the cartridge macthes the bos. Has anyone ever had this happen before? Very frustrating. From now on , I would recommend opening all your cartridges and testing them even if you are not going to use them right away. I have sent JK Crafts an e-mail, but have not heard back yet. There is no phone# I can find to call them. I will know by how long it takes them to get back to me about how good there service is.”
